Uremel 20%

Uremel cream 20% is a dual action therapeutic cream (hydrating and exfoliating) designed to care for very dry skin and common skin conditions associated with thickened or flaky skin.
It contains 20% urea, which provides deep hydration, helps the skin retain moisture, and softens hardened or rough areas.
The cream also includes 2% salicylic acid, a gentle exfoliant that removes dead skin cells, improves skin texture, and enhances the absorption of active ingredients.
